		<description>The adjustment layer a really cool way of doing a B&amp;W conversion actually, which I neglected to mention. I suppose I&#039;m still tied to the old method and I know that not everyone has CS3 yet, but if you do, that&#039;s a great tip.</description>

Simply create a Black &amp; White adjustment layer from the Layers palette then click and drag directly in the image to adjust contrast/tones.  Its similar to the &quot;Adjust Greyscale Mix&quot; feature in Lightroom; you get immediate feedback when dragging as the slider associated with the color under the cursor moves to tell you which color is being adjusted.</description>
